The Chief Minister’s Dashboard (CM Dashboard) is an innovative initiative aimed at transforming Uttar Pradesh into a model state. This comprehensive platform provides a unified view of the state’s performance across various departments and schemes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The CM Dashboard tracks 44 key performance indicators, categorized into 11 checkpoints. These KPIs are divided into four primary focus areas:
- Economic Growth
– GDP growth rate (weighted average formula)
– Per capita income of the bottom 30% of households
– Unemployment rate (focus on female employment rate) - Infrastructure Development
– Rural road network and public transportation
– Renewable energy and water supply (per hour per km formula)
– Increase in skilled workforce and digital education - Healthcare
– Hospital mortality rate and critical disease morbidity rate
– Healthcare infrastructure and primary health patient data - Education
– Literacy rate, enrollment rate, and education infrastructure
– Education conversion ratio and skill conversion ratio
Department-Wise Dashboards
The CM Dashboard features department-wise dashboards for:
– Agriculture: Per square meter arable land yield, revenue, and volume; forward integration rate of farming
– Health: Age-wise height/weight ratio and increase in average height of population
– Education: Control on dropout ratio and education-linked revenue of school children
– Infrastructure: Ratio of per capita income and road length; industrial land cost vs. GST collection
Scheme-Wise Dashboards
The dashboard also features scheme-wise dashboards for:
– Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY): Beneficiaries and housing units constructed
– Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY): Account holders and transactions
– National Health Mission (NHM): Healthcare services and beneficiaries
Data Analytics and Visualization
The CM Dashboard utilizes data analytics and visualization tools, including:
– Maps: Geographic representation of data, such as disease prevalence or infrastructure development
– Graphs: Time-series data, such as GDP growth rate or literacy rate
– Tables: Summary data, such as beneficiary numbers or scheme allocations
