Why is the height of Indian people low?

There are some changes regarding the height of recruited people:

Genetics: Genetic factors also influence a lot, and the height of people of every region depends upon their family height.

All these factors cause a variation in height, but every individual is unique and these are just general guidelines.

Some scientific methods and recommendations are there to enhance the height, which can help in achieving growth:

Food Diet:

  • Protein: Keep nutritious food, such as pickle, lentils, fish, chicken, and milk
